Adtran PABX

Adtran UCC Life Attendant Console: Gives a basic level of understanding of the operator console and educates on basic call handling through hands-on and exercises throughout the course.

Adtran Phone set (e.g. IP 701, 331, 560, etc.): This course aims to give a basic level understanding of the functionality for the Adtran handsets e.g. handling and transfer calls. Everyday use of the voicemail system will also be covered.
